Fitness Clinic of Los Gatos features a full line of selectorized Technogym equipment as well as a multi station, Body Master cable unit. Other equipment includes barbells, dumbbells, physioballs, medicine balls, balance discs, and resistance bands.

Cardio

Our cardio equipment includes Star Trac and True flex deck treadmills, Precor and Star Trac recumbent bikes, Precor upright bikes, and elliptical trainers, Star Trac stair climber, Sci-fit upper body units, plus steps and risers, jump ropes, and a stationary kickboxing bag.

Flexibility

Balance and flexibility training are included in all workouts. In addition, mats and foam rollers are available for extra stretching.

Changing room and showers

Fitness Clinic of Los Gatos has 2 shower rooms with towels and toiletries, 2 bathrooms as well as lockers available for day use.

Parking

Ample free parking is available in the large lot behind our facility.
